Your Hub has a life beyond launch. The Forge gives us a way to review what works, test improvements and bring approved changes back into the software.
1. Use
People put the Hub to work. Questions, feedback and problems tell us what needs attention.
2. Review
We look at the evidence and decide what is useful to improve. A request is a starting point, not an automatic change.
3. Test
Changes are built and checked before release. We test the result against the intended behaviour.
4. Improve
Approved improvements become part of the foundations we build on. The next piece of work starts from a better place.
