What data we process and why
- Contact. If you send us a message, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer your question.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps limited server logs (including your IP address) for the security and proper operation of the site.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of the performance of your request (contact) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who we share data with
- Netlify: hosting the site and keeping short server logs (EU/US).
- Supabase: storing your enquiry so we can pick it up and reply (EU (Frankfurt)).
- Resend: delivering the enquiry to us by email (EU/US).
We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of the parties above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, it happens with the appropriate safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose we collected it for, and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to contact@aismith.io.
Complaints
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
