A written safety net

Your agreement gives you the right to invoke the transfer, including if AI Smith stops operating.

While we run it, you are the data controller and we are the processor under a written agreement. Ownership is continuous, not something granted only when you leave.

What transfers when you leave.

Leaving is a transfer, not a rebuild. It cannot be refused beyond settling what is already owed.

Your project moves into your own organisation, with your data intact.

Your code and runbook

Your repository moves to your account, with the environment and instructions another team needs to run it.

An export and handover

You receive a final copy of your data and a short support window for handover questions.

AI usage runs through your own OpenRouter account after the one-off USD 20 starter allowance. It is a separate cost from your subscription, as are third-party subscriptions.

What stops

You keep a working system as of the day you leave. Our ongoing operation, maintenance, support and shared software updates end, apart from the handover support window. Another team takes responsibility for running and improving it.

A clear subscription and a clear exit.

Pay yearly, or monthly with no minimum commitment. There are no per-user fees. Self-service setup is included; optional human work is quoted separately.

Your transfer rights remain, including during the first year; amounts already owed still need to be settled. The written agreement sets out the term and leaving conditions.
