This website is operated by AI Smith BV (in formation), based in Antwerp, Belgium. The registered address and company and VAT numbers will be added here once incorporation completes. The site is here to explain what we make and how to reach us.
Pricing and proposals
Indicative, not an offer.
Any prices shown on this site are indicative, exclude VAT, and are a guide to help you gauge cost, not a binding offer. What we will actually do, and what it will cost, is set out in a written proposal and agreement for your organisation. Until that is signed, nothing here commits either of us.
Who owns what
The site, and your work.
The content and design of this website belong to AI Smith. What we build for a client, the hub, the site, the app, and the data inside it, belongs to that client, in standard formats, as set out on the ownership page and in the managed-plan agreement. Those terms govern client work, not this page.
The usual limits
Use, links, and liability.
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it. We link to other sites and tools we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content. The site is provided as is: we keep it accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we do not warrant it is free of every error or never unavailable, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. None of this limits any commitment made in a signed client agreement.

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute about them falls to the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. We may update this page from time to time, with the date noted below.
