Short and plain. These cover the use of this website. The work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
Who runs it.
This website is operated by Simone's Kitchen BV, trading as AI Smith, Breughelstraat 32, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium, company and VAT number BE 0649.403.122. AI Smith is the name you will see everywhere; the company name is the one on the invoice and the agreement until its planned change of name completes, and the VAT number stays the same throughout. The site is here to explain what we make, what it costs and how to reach us.
The price is on the page. The agreement is what binds.
The package prices on this site are stated in euro and exclude VAT. They are the prices we charge for those packages, and they become binding when you and we sign the client agreement for your organisation, which also sets out the first-year term, what is included, and how leaving works. Services marked as quoted are priced per organisation in that agreement. Until it is signed, nothing on this site commits either of us, and we may change the prices shown here for new clients at any time.
The site, and your work.
The content and design of this website belong to AI Smith. What we build for a client, the hub, the site, the app, and the data inside it, belongs to that client, in standard formats, as set out on the ownership page and in the client agreement. Those terms govern client work, not this page.
Use, links, and liability.
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it. We link to other sites and tools we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content. The site is provided as is: we keep it accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we do not warrant it is free of every error or never unavailable, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. None of this limits any commitment made in a signed client agreement.
Belgian law.
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute about them falls to the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. We may update this page from time to time, with the date noted below.
